      Order Confirmation:

      As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

      Order Shipment:

      If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@socokayaks.com.


      Damages:

      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


      Cancellations & Refunds:

      All orders canceled after 48 hrs are subject to a $20 administration fee (we will have started processing your order as soon as we get it), whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.  Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

      The Ultimate Tandem Kayak for Adventure-Ready Duos

      The Oru Haven TT has completely changed the way my partner and I explore the water. We were looking for a tandem kayak that we could both enjoy and actually store in our small home—this was the perfect solution.

      Setup is smoother than we expected for such a large kayak. It folds down into a compact box that easily fits in the back of our SUV, and once unfolded, it feels solid and well-built. We were amazed by how stable and roomy it is on the water—it honestly doesn’t feel like a folding kayak at all. There’s plenty of space for two people and gear, and it tracks really well, even with a bit of wind or current.

      We’ve taken it out on lakes, slow rivers, and even a few slightly rougher patches, and it’s performed great every time. The added features on the TT version (like the extra touches in comfort and durability) are well worth it. It’s versatile too—we’ve even paddled it solo by adjusting the seat setup.

      If you want a kayak built for two that’s both portable and reliable, the Haven TT is hands-down the best option out there. We love it.
