What is the return policy for SoCo Kayaks products?

SoCo Kayaks has a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. For more details, please refer to our return policy.

How long does shipping take for orders placed with SoCo Kayaks?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within five business days from the date of order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us for assistance.  Shipping time range is 3-15 business days.
