As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Damages:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hrs are subject to a $20 administration fee (we will have started processing your order as soon as we get it), whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Exactly what we were looking for

Absolutely amazing product. Able to take my mother down the Ausable, river in a chair with zero concerns of safety. Lots of room and very stable. This is exactly what we were looking for.

So much fun, easy and a solid dock! Our summer ritual is to anchor in the bay at the beach from Friday to Sunday. We just received this floating inflatable dock. We set it up next to our swim platform with the chairs, coolers and speakers. We had a crowd of our friends amazed on the quality and how solid this dock was. We all hung out on it all weekend long. The top material beneath your feet is soft and non skid yet the dock is solid and holds A LOT of weight. We cant believe what a great product. We have another room on the water, lol. All of our friends want one now! Solstice has a great selection of high quality inflatables. We are so glad we made this purchase. And my hubby cant wait to use it where our boat is docked to be able to work on the side of the boat in the canal where he could never get too. So many uses, easy inflate & deflate and packs into a carry bag. Worth every $
